Hitesha Sathwara

I am Hitesha sathwara, from maheasna, Gujarat. In my family, I have two brothers. My mother is a house-wife and my father has not worked for more than 10 years. My one brother is deaf and mute and another one is normal. They are like my shield and have supported in every situation. We all live together in a joint family.

JOURNEY TO SUCCESS :-

I got to know about the scheme through one of my friends. I visited the Institute and enrolled myself for the course. This course has really helped me out in bringing the best of my personality. After completing the course, I got placed with Lemon Tree Hotel in KST Department. But I did not like the work and appealed the Institute to help me find another job. The smart savvy helped me find another job and I got placed in visa consultancy as a Tele caller, Mehsana. I am happy since I have been here. Whenever I met with any problem at my workplace, Sanket System Staff stands up in order to explain the work and motivate me to achieve my goal. Earlier, I used to be dependent on my brothers for my necessities. Now, I have become independent and earn my livelihood.

THOUGHTS ON PMKVY :-

At PMKVY, I saw the change in my personality. Teachers here share a special bond with all the candidates. Earlier, before enrolment in the Institute I was an angry individual. After the training, apart from job role courses, I also got trained on soft skills. After the training, I saw that I have become a confident individual and have got control on my anger. This scheme has helped me in bringing up the best in me.
